1. Data controller

The data controller responsible for personal data processed on this site is DVR Pharm SRL, VAT RO 32457478, registered at Strada Milano nr. 12, Prejmer, Brașov, România.

2. What data we collect

• Form submissions — name, company, work email, and the markets / categories of interest you share when requesting a sample kit or a meeting.
• Analytics — aggregated usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) collected via Google Analytics 4 only after you grant consent.
• Behavioural analytics — anonymised interaction data via Hotjar, collected only after consent, to improve the site.
• Server logs — IP address, user-agent, and timestamps, retained briefly for security purposes.

3. Why we process it

• To reply to your enquiry and ship samples (legitimate interest / pre-contractual).
• To measure site performance and improve content (consent).
• To keep the site secure and available (legitimate interest).

4. Legal basis

We rely on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for analytics cookies, and Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR (contract / legitimate interest) for processing your enquiry and operating the site.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Analytics data follows Google Analytics’ default retention (currently 14 months). Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with processors that help us operate the site and respond to you (email, CRM, scheduling, analytics providers), each bound by a data-processing agreement and appropriate safeguards for transfers outside the EEA where applicable.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased, where applicable;
• restrict or object to processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
